Job Details Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) / Homecare RN / Travel Nurse Location: Newton, MA 02459 — serving Boston neighborhoods and Greater Boston communities Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,500 - $2,630 Start Date: April 19, 2026 (subject to credentialing clearance) End Date: July 18, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour days) Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nursing Job Weekend Rotation: Approximately once every 6 weeks Qualifications & Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of certified Home Care RN experience (required) — experience in home health nursing preferred Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience (required) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (MA) — Massachusetts nursing license required Ability to travel to patient homes across assigned areas (reliable transportation recommended) Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation Successful completion of onboarding, background check, and compliance requirements Responsibilities (Home Health Nurse / Case Manager) Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and ongoing patient evaluations as a Homecare RN Develop, implement, and update individualized home care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Perform admissions and case management duties according to home health standards Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, symptom management, and patient education Support patient and family education to promote safety, independence, and positive outcomes Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation to ensure continuity of care across Boston healthcare providers Participate in weekend rotation approximately once every 6 weeks Why Newton & Greater Boston?
