We are seeking a reliable and skilled Night Shift RN to support our Medical-Surgical unit within a Critical Access environment. This role is perfect for a nurse who enjoys the autonomy of a smaller facility and the clinical variety that comes with floor nursing in a rural healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Med-Surg Care: Manage a diverse patient load, providing high-quality nursing care on the general medical-surgical floor. ️ Patient Safety: Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and respond to clinical changes with confidence. Rural Health Support: Work collaboratively within a Critical Access Hospital framework where your skills make a direct impact on the community. Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure smooth shift transitions. Requirements Licensure: Active Iowa RN License or multi-state compact license. ❤️ Life Support: Current BLS (AHA preferred).
