Neuro specialty experience is not required; strong nurse management experience is essential. The Nurse Manager oversees daily staffing and scheduling, supports clinical operations, and ensures high-quality patient care delivery. Staff utilize self-scheduling with final schedules completed by the Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager may float to ICUs, PCU, and Med-Surg units as needed. Unit Details: ICU ratios: 1:2 PCU ratios: 1:3 Patient population includes neuro-intensive care cases such as stroke, thrombectomy, EVS, neurosurgical cases, and EVDS. Required Qualifications: Active Massachusetts RN license BLS and ACLS (AHA) Epic EMR experience Prior Nurse Manager experience Ability to float across ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg units Unit Procedures and Skills: Patient transports to MRI and CT Arterial lines, venipuncture EVD placement and management Post-operative craniotomy care Post-TNK documentation Intubation and extubation High-flow nasal cannula EKG monitoring Central line placement and IV insertion Post-stroke care, including mobilization with Sara Combilizer Contact: HumanEdge Health HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID 15786.
