Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Assignment: 3 months (03/30/2026 – 06/30/2026) Schedule: 36 hrs/week, 12-hr night shifts (6 PM–6 AM), 3 nights/week Location: Charter House, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN Job Summary: Provide nursing care in long-term care setting. Accountable for patient care, education, and transitions. Participate in quality improvement and mentor peers. Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
