Yes 18 bed unit LDRP, 5 OB triage, 2 OB ORs 40-65 deliveries/month Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: LDRP GYN surgical Patient Ratios: RN: AWHONN Guidelines CNA: 1 per shift Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: RN: BLS, ACLS, EFM, NRP – Resource Team requirement Skills required: RN: Experience with the all aspects of LDRP patient care, circulating c-sections, experience with newborn care to include heel sticks, 24 hr testing, NAS scoring, lactation support Must have the skillset to work LDRP Support within the Department: CNA – 1 per shift 4-5 nurses.
