Job Description & Requirements Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position: LDRP RN Shift: Night 3x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Every other weekend required Call & float required Unit Details: LDRP with nursery responsibilities Baby-Friendly facility RN cross-trained in Labor & Delivery, OB triage, circulator role, acute care nursery, and GYN surgery patients Nurses also perform newborn hearing screenings Ratios: 1:1 labor patients 1:2 Cytotec inductions 1:1 magnesium patients 1:3 couplet (mother-baby) 1:1 sick nursery Requirements: 2 years experience (1st-time travelers considered with strong experience) BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate State RN license Lactation certification required 1 year EPIC experience required Additional Info: Uses Omnicell medication system Must be willing to float to qualified units if needed.
