Unit Details 14 L&D Beds 6 Triage Beds 2 OR Suites 28 Postpartum Beds ~250 Births per Month Patient Ratios Laboring: 1:2 Postpartum Couplet Care: 1:4 Requirements Active RN License BLS ACLS NRP Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (AWHONN) C-Section Circulating Experience Required Scrubbing experience preferred Responsibilities Provide care for laboring and high-risk obstetric patients Circulate during C-section procedures Monitor fetal heart tracings Assist with antepartum and postpartum care when needed Collaborate with OB providers and neonatal team Unit Support OB Tech support available day & night Respiratory Therapy and Pharmacy available 24/7 EMR: Cerner Additional Info No call required (may occasionally be placed on standby) L&D nurses may float to Postpartum ✅ Apply today to learn more about this opportunity!
