Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Brief Job Description – Labor & Delivery RN Labor & Delivery unit with 10 L&D beds, 2 ORs, 2 triage beds, and 18 postpartum beds , averaging 130 births per month . Requires 2 years of L&D experience with C-section skills (scrub, circulate, recovery). Ratios are 1:1 near delivery, 1:2 otherwise , and 1:4 couplets postpartum . Uses OBIX fetal monitoring and Cerner EMR . 36 hrs/week (12-hr shifts) , no call, limited floating to postpartum. L&D is the primary need.
