Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/24/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Department Labor & Delivery Beds Labor & Delivery: 3 beds Postpartum: 3 beds C-Section OR: Located on the first floor (not in-unit) Floating Requirements RNs float to Med-Surg about 80% of the time RNs take full patient assignments when no active labor patients are present Required Certifications BLS ACLS NRP Drips Used Pitocin Magnesium (for send-outs only) Titration Protocol RNs titrate drips according to facility policy Staffing & Support No dedicated charge nurse Collaborative RN staff model No nurse aides No surgical techs.
