LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required Prior travel experience required Must be able to manage high-acuity patients Patient Ratio 1:1 – 2:1 Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring – Required (must be completed and passed) AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring – Preferred EFM Certification – Preferred Education Degree accreditation must be listed on the profile , OR Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience Technical Requirements EMR System: Epic Call Requirement 12 hours of call required within a 6-week scheduling period Scrub Color Galaxy Blue and/or White Facility Requirements Radius Rule: 50 miles from GCMC permanent address Floating: Travelers are first to float May float to other sister campuses if required Additional Notes Culture fit is extremely important Travelers are welcomed into the unit and expected to function as core staff Hard document deadline: Monday prior to start date No exceptions for pending documents PJ -HC (Health Park Medical Center-AN-0735) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
