The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care using evidence-based practice, supervises licensed and non-licensed staff, supports teamwork, and promotes a safe and cost-effective healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform patient assessments and reassessments. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Educate patients and families. Delegate tasks and mentor staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Participate in quality improvement and maintain regulatory compliance.
