This contract offers the opportunity to work in a respected regional health system known for delivering high-quality maternal-child care. In this role, you will primarily support antepartum patients requiring specialized monitoring and intervention, but may also float to Labor & Delivery when needed to support overall unit operations. As an Antepartum RN, you will play a key role in caring for high-risk expectant mothers, providing assessment, education, and timely interventions as patients navigate complex or high-acuity pregnancies. This position requires excellent clinical judgment, familiarity with fetal monitoring, and the ability to quickly identify signs of complications. You will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, and other members of the maternal health team to ensure safety and positive outcomes throughout the patients’ stay. The night shift team at Baptist Health Louisville is known for its supportive environment, strong communication, and a collaborative culture that values each nurse’s expertise. The hospital uses the EPIC EMR system, so recent experience with EPIC is required. Candidates must also bring a solid background in either labor & delivery or antepartum nursing, as this role demands confidence and strong clinical skills from day one.
