The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infection prevention and control, particularly in operating room and sterile processing settings, along with comprehensive knowledge of infection management across hospital departments. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention programs across the facility. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal infection control standards. Collaborate with clinical and surgical teams to promote best practices in aseptic technique and sterilization. Conduct infection surveillance, data analysis, and reporting. Provide education and training to staff on infection prevention protocols. Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS (required) Additional certifications such as CPI, ENPC, PALS, NIHSS, or related credentials are a plus.
