In this role, you will provide life-saving care to patients facing severe, complex, or rapidly changing health conditions. As an ICU nurse, you’ll be responsible for continuous monitoring, advanced interventions, and close collaboration with physicians and specialists to stabilize and support critically ill patients. Daily duties include managing ventilators, administering high-risk medications, interpreting lab and diagnostic data, and responding swiftly to medical emergencies. You ll work with cutting-edge technology and protocols while offering compassionate, individualized care to patients and their families in high-stress situations. This role will care for open-heart surgery patients as assigned and manage other extracorporeal and critical care devices, such as continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), Impella, and balloon pumps. Works closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and ensure the best outcomes for critically ill patients.
