Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Temp RN Opportunity Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Nights) Location: Ruidoso, NM Start Date: 03/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2,542/week Shift: Nights, 12-hr shifts (1900–0700), 36 hrs/week (3x12) Requirements: Minimum 2 years current ICU experience Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week previous travel assignment Ability to pass onsite BCA (Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia) test prior to start Experience in ICU, Med/Surg, pediatric nursing, and fast-paced environments EPIC EMR experience preferred (training available onsite) Ability to float between departments or local locations within 20 miles Education & Licensure: ADN or ASN in Nursing Active New Mexico RN license or Compact RN license BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) NIHSS PALS (AHA) Job Summary: Provide direct patient care to ICU patients using the nursing process Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care Administer medications and treatments per protocol Coordinate care with patient, family, and healthcare team Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel as needed Patient ratios: up to 3:1 in ICU; 7:1 in Med/Surg/peds • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
