Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/31/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN – ICU/PCU Float (Day Shift 3x12, 06:45–19:15) Position: ICU/PCU Float RN (Must be comfortable in ALL ICU & PCU units) Shift: 3x12 Days | 6:45a–7:15p Charting: EPIC required Scheduling & Requirements Floating reassessed every 4 hours (may float 2–3 times per shift) Weekend: Every other weekend OR 6 weekend shifts in 6-week block Holiday: 1 per 13-week contract First-time travelers accepted Locals accepted (per radius rule guidelines) Pending license accepted (must meet VA/Compact requirements) All RTO must be included at submission Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Required Certifications ACLS BLS NIHSS Required Clinical Skills ICU experience (Large Level 1/2 facility required; 2 years preferred) IV therapy: A-lines, central/PICC care, blood products Ventilator care, BiPAP/CPAP Cardiac monitoring & dysrhythmia management Titration of vasoactive drips, IV sedation, emergency meds IV insulin protocols Surgical wound/drain/wound vac care Unit Ratios ICU: 1:2 PCU: 1:5 About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
