A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week • 36 hours guaranteed weekly • 13-week assignment length • Weekend work required • No call responsibilities • Float to areas appropriate for skillset and Lake Placid facility • Willingness to float between Sebring/Lake Placid/Wauchula locations (all within 30 minutes of each other) • 90-120 minutes advance notice for floating outside of primary site • Pre-shift huddle required (15 minutes, can be clocked in) • Navy blue scrubs required • 1 year of ICU experience required • Florida or Compact nursing license required • Required certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale • 5 years of specialty experience preferred • Previous travel experience preferred • EPIC EMR experience preferred • SSN and DOB required for credentialing Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive critical care services with a focus on intensive care unit operations.
