Soon to open a 10-bed ICU in February. • Patient Ratios: 2-3:1 • Equipment: Vent, bipaps, drips, glucometers, etc • EHR: Medhost • Supervisor: Kelley Dockery, Director of Med-Surg/ICU • Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Adults and Geriatric, No peds. Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: BLS/ACLS, critical thinking • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Critical care • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: DKA, CVA, CP, post-surgical, electrolyte imbalances, OD, Psych (SI), etc. • Personality Fit: Get along with others, we are all like family here. • Required Education: Certifications/licensure required to work as an RN in TN.
