NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Nebraska. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements: 2 Years specialty experience NE or Compact license, BLS, Able to drive own vehicle and valid driver's license and car insurance needed Duties : Direct clinical nursing services in client’s home/residence or facility, including but not limited to IV therapy, venipuncture, wound cares and wound vac, Hospice, coordination of care between MD, facility, patient/family and rehab. Must be able to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, team oriented with previous nursing experience needed. Fleet of 10 hospital vehicles they will have access to, if all are taken, they can use rental car and will be reimbursed mileage in accordance with federal standards 5-6 routine visits per day, depending on cases. If an admission case, then likely 3 ish visits. charting on ipads morning meeting at facility every work morning
