Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel • RN with NY state license (active) • 2 years home health experience — CHHA, LHCSA, or MLTC specifically • Bonus: UAS-NY experience (roles 40/45), geriatric population, chronic disease management • BLS certified (or willing to get it before start) 1. No patient care load — assessment-only work, much lower stress than clinical nursing 2. Hybrid remote/field — not 100% in-home, some tele-assessments from home 3. Stable, meaningful work — helping elderly and disabled NY Medicaid patients access care 4. NY-based — good for nurses who want to stop traveling or want local work 5.
