Job Description & Requirements Specialty: First Assist Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Summary – RN First Assistant (RNFA) Job Description Position: RN First Assistant (RNFA) Shift: Mid Shift – 10 hours (06:30 AM – 05:00 PM) Call Schedule: Weekday call until 11 PM at least 1 day per week 1 continuous weekend call (Friday–Monday, 6:30 AM) every 6 weeks Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of perioperative experience At least 3 months of recent experience in the specialty Education: BSN preferred Licenses & Certifications: Active RN License – Required RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) Certification – Required CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) – Required BLS/CPR – Required CRNFA – Preferred PALS / PEARS – Preferred AORN Membership – Preferred Additional Notes: RTO, Date of Birth, and SSN must be included at submission About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
