Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Description Perform rapid patient assessments and triage to determine the severity of injuries or illnesses. Administer emergency medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and evaluate patient vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment. Assist physicians during emergency procedures, trauma resuscitation, and life-saving interventions. Operate and monitor medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, defibrillators, and ventilators. Provide wound care, stabilization, and emergency nursing interventions for trauma patients. Document patient care, treatments, and medical histories accurately in medical records. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain strict adherence to infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Valid Massachusetts License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC 2 years current Emergency Department experience [required] Basic Dysrhythmia course completion [STRONGLY REQUIRED] Shift Note: 12hr nights 7p-7.30a or 3p-3.30p - MUST be available to work either shift as needed 36hr gt Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred] About 3B Healthcare Inc.
