Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Shift: MID OR NIGHT SHIFT Submission Requirements: • Active RN license • Ability to work mid or night shift (required) • Experience in Emergency Department setting preferred • Ability to manage 4–5 patients based on acuity • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care • Experience collaborating within an interdisciplinary team • Strong communication, organization, time management, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume ED (29-bed department) • Charge Nurse experience preferred (staff assignments, patient flow coordination, EMS report intake, bed placement coordination) • Experience working with behavioral health/psych patients preferred • BLS, ACLS (and other required certifications per facility standards) NURSE's Etc.
