This is a critical access facility , and travelers will be expected to work in both the ED and Med/Surg , so floating is required . The facility is specifically looking for strong ED nurses who can cross-train quickly to Med/Surg. This rural health organization includes a 16-bed critical access hospital , 37-bed skilled nursing facility (LTC) , home health agency , ambulance service , and a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services.
