All Medical Personnel - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Brownsville, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years recent ER experience in a high-acuity setting Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; TNCC preferred Strong triage, trauma, and cardiac alert expertise including STEMI, stroke, and sepsis management Proficiency in EMR documentation (Meditech preferred) Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills Ability to perform procedures such as IV insertions, EKGs, wound care, and moderate sedation Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Meditech documentation system Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred Education and Experience: Relevant RN licensure and well-rounded emergency nursing experience with proven patient care in a high-acuity environment Other Requirements: Texas RN Licensure (Compact) Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends (2 per schedule), with no on-call responsibilities Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, compassionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting Number of Beds -22 Number of Staff – 55 Type of staff: o Day Shift – Charge 5 RNs 1 AM ER Tech, 1 12-12ER Tech, 10-10 RN,12-12 RN and 3-3 RN o Night Shift – Charge 6 RNs 1 PM Tech, 1 12-12ER Tech, 10-10 RN,12-12 RN and 3-3 RN Patient Ratios – 4:1 EMR -Meditech About All Medical Personnel - Nursing Established in 1990, All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions in the United States.
