Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – CVICU (Nights) – Albany, NY Assignment: 13 weeks Start Date: 12/15/26 Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Hours: 36 hours/week Weekends: Every other Holidays: Rotating On Call: None Qualifications: 2–3 years of CVICU staff experience required Competencies with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery ICU patients Experienced with high-acuity patients and advanced hemodynamic monitoring Skilled in vent management, arterial lines, spinal drains, ECG interpretation/monitoring, temporary pacemakers, vasoactive and inotropic drip titrations Epic experience required Experience in a Level 1 Trauma center required Current NY RN license, BLS, ACLS required Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care for postoperative cardiac and vascular ICU patients Monitor and manage complex hemodynamics and advanced equipment Administer medications including vasoactive and inotropic drips Maintain accurate documentation in Epic Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Location: Albany, New York Contact: HumanEdge Health – | HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID 13959.
