Job Details: Location: Nashville, Tennessee Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours Start Date: 06/28/2026 Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), along with successful completion of a proctored rhythm test. Age Group Served: Adolescent through late adult (14 - 60) Unit Description: Unit Capacity: 15 Beds Population Served: Patients with diagnoses including cardiac surgery, transplant, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmias, cardiopulmonary arrest, post ventricle assist device placement. Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2 Core Staffing Plan: Typical RN to patient ratio is 1:2, with staff including Registered Nurses and Patient Care Technicians. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: The facility provides care to critically ill patients with a variety of diagnoses, including post-surgical and COVID-19 cases requiring ICU-level care and ECMO.
