Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: Days 08:00-17:00 Submission Requirements: Education/Skills • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) or Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required or demonstrated success in CHRISTUS Care Manager I Position for at least 5 years on top of the required experience in lieu of education required. Experience • Two or more years clinical experience with one year in the acute care setting preferred. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications • RN or LMSW in the state of NM is required • LBSW accepted for associates with 5 years of demonstrated success and experience in CHRISTUS Care Manager I role. • Certification in Case Management preferred. • BLS preferred (AHA only) NURSE's Etc.
