Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Cath Lab RN – Job Summary Unit: Cath Lab (2 Labs) Role: RN – Must be able to scrub Workload Cases per day: ~5–10 Procedures include: Left & Right Heart Caths PCI IABP, Impella Temporary Pacemakers TCAR, EVAR EKOS AIF, IVC Filters Infusaports, Permacaths Vascular procedures (venograms, filters) Requirements Certifications: BLS & ACLS (Required) Experience: Minimum 1 year Cath Lab or Rad Tech experience Scrubbing experience required Preferred: EKOS experience (training available) ️ Duties RNs: Circulate, administer sedation, documentation Rad Techs: Scrub & assist physician, maintain sterile technique Equipment / EMR Siemens systems & equipment ⏰ Schedule & Call Schedule: 5 days/week (hours vary based on cases) On-Call: 1 full week per 4-week schedule (Mon 7 AM – next Mon 7 AM) Can split call days Weekend Call: Fri after hours → Mon 7 AM Holiday Call: Rotational Response Time: 30 minutes On-call: 24/7 cardiologist coverage Team Structure Director, Coordinator, Charge Nurse Supported by Cath Lab Techs (Rad Techs) About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
