Details General Medical-Surgical inpatient unit, with potential floating to the Rehab unit Night shift hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM Patient ratio of 1:6 Floating and on-call required 13-week contract EMR: MedHost Scrubs: any color permitted Requirements Active NM RN license or Compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start date Valid driver's license required for consideration No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months Fingerprinting required for all candidates working in New Mexico (process may take several weeks) Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted Blocked scheduling may be accommodated if requested upfront RTO requests must be less than one week in duration Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position American Traveler Job ID P-675192.
