Schedule Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15, 3x12-hour shifts. Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care with a focus on managing complex medical conditions, including traumatic brain injuries and orthopedic trauma. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards. Responsibilities Administer and manage heparin drips, PCA, colostomy care, and feeding tube care. Perform blood product administration, central and peripheral line management, and phlebotomy. Oversee interpretation and management of dysrhythmias and O2 Protocol management. Ensure proper non-invasive airway management and provide isolation precautions. Deliver wound care, tracheostomy management, and care for surgical drains. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of nursing experience within the last 5 years. Active RN license required. BL S certification required; ACLS preferred.
