Details Night shift position, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00) Med/Surg Telemetry unit with a 16-bed capacity Patient population includes telemetry monitoring, pacemaker management, IV insulin protocols, and continuous bladder irrigation (CBI) Charting via Epic Floating required within scope to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities within a 75-mile radius Block scheduling is not available for this position Requirements Active OK or Compact RN license, with no license holds or restrictions Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and EKG/Telemetry certification (all required prior to start) Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required Experience with pacemakers, IV insulin protocols, and continuous bladder irrigation (CBI) required Epic EMR experience preferred Valid driver's license or state-issued ID and a utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address dated within the last 3 months required for consideration 2 supervisory references required for consideration Permanent address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility Additional Information First-time travelers are not eligible for this position Former permanent staff must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per 13-week assignment; no holiday or blackout date requests will be accepted Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be outside the 75-mile radius to qualify American Traveler Job ID P-679894.
