Details General Medical-Surgical inpatient unit, with potential floating to the Rehab unit Night shift hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM 13-week contract Patient ratio of 1:6 Floating and on-call required; on-call is census-based and occurs prior to shift start when census is low EMR: MedHost Scrubs: any color Requirements Active NM or Compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date PALS preferred Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Fingerprinting is required for all travelers working in New Mexico No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months Additional Information Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position RTO requests must be less than one week in duration Blocked scheduling may be accommodated upon request American Traveler Job ID P-680262.
