A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week • 13-week contract starting ASAP • 1:2 patient ratio in ICU unit • May float to medical-surgical unit when needed • Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule required • Subject to low census and on-call requirements - can be placed on call with 2-hour minimum call back • Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours • Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility • Required certifications: Michigan RN license, AHA BLS, and ACLS • 2 years of ICU experience required, medical-surgical experience highly preferred • EPIC charting experience required • Must be able to work independently, manage change well, and complete tasks in a timely manner • Any color scrubs permitted • Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred • Interviews conducted Monday through Friday Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive critical care services with a focus on intensive care unit operations.
