A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required • Must obtain or maintain required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP • Experience with Cerner charting system preferred • Care for patients across all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Work in 42-bed emergency department with daily census of 200 patients • Must be willing to work some holidays • RTO (Return to Office) required with submission • Local radius restriction of 50 miles applies • On-site drug screening required including comprehensive panel testing • All documentation must be submitted 3 business days prior to start date • Must have active nursing license before start date • Skills include: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, central line care, emergency medications, IV vasopressors, procedural sedation, trauma care, psychiatric holds, triage, ventilator management, and various emergency procedures • Interdisciplinary support available from respiratory services, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive emergency department serving a high-volume patient population with 42 beds and approximately 200 daily census.
