Details Position is in a hospital Emergency Department Night shifts with either 7:00 pm–7:30 am or 3:00 pm–3:30 am hours; must be available to work both as needed 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week Weekend coverage required every other weekend and holidays if needed No on-call responsibilities Block scheduling and 48-hour week options are not available Uses Meditech Expanse EMR system; experience is strongly preferred Requirements Active MA RN license required at time of consideration Minimum of 2 years current Emergency Department nursing experience Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly required Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and TNCC, all must be current and in hand at time of submission Current Emergency Room and supervisory skills checklists required Personal vehicle required for assignment Perm address must confirm candidate lives more than 50 miles from the facility Additional Information Up to 5 days of requested time off permitted, but must be declared prior to assignment; no schedule requests will be considered after acceptance Orientation is 8 hours and is non-billable Personal scrubs of any color may be worn Holiday coverage required as assigned First-time travelers will be considered American Traveler Job ID P-674098.
