Details Emergency Department at a 38-bed facility in Tucson, AZ Trauma Level III Certified, Stroke Receiving, and STEMI Receiving facility Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12s) Cerner EMR experience required Floating is required 13-week contract Requirements Active AZ RN license or valid Compact RN license required Current BLS certification required; no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience required Cerner EMR experience required Valid U.S. Driver's License required for consideration No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Additional Information Responsibilities include delivering patient care using the Nursing Process, demonstrating critical thinking and clinical judgment, delegating care priorities, and supervising assigned personnel in the ED Charge nurse experience is preferred NIHSS certification is not required but is recommended Black scrubs required Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible RTO requests must be less than one week in duration Facility requests candidates be available to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance American Traveler Job ID P-681856.
