Details Emergency Department (ER) setting within a hospital Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 13-week contract Every other weekend required Requirements Active Idaho RN license (or Compact RN license) required and must be in hand at time of consideration Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC — no certifications accepted from RCIS or RQI, and none may expire within 30 days of start date Minimum 4 years of recent ER experience in a hospital setting required SSN and date of birth required for consideration No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Responsible for shift accountability in delivering evidence-based nursing care to Emergency Department patients using the nursing process Demonstrates critical thinking and clinical judgment in the safe planning and delivery of patient care Delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel Maintains clinical competencies through ongoing continuing education Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate No previous permanent or contract employment at a Community Health facility should be disclosed during the consideration process American Traveler Job ID P-680597.
