A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: Registered Nurse - CVOR Job Details: • Work Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM • Call requirements every 3rd day and at least 1 to 2 weekends per month • Call coverage from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends • Expected to assist in General OR when there are no CVOR cases • Float to General OR as needed • Care for adult and geriatric patients • Minimum 2 years of experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC only) • EPIC experience heavily preferred • Clean nursing license required - no license hits accepted • Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract • Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable) • Tobacco and fragrance free facility • Skills include CVOR procedures, atrial septal defect repair, CABG, MAZE procedure, mitral valve replacement, TAVR, cell saver, blood product administration, and wound management • Manager interview required after clinical screening Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive cardiovascular operating room program providing advanced cardiac surgical services.
