Details Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) position within a hospital setting Procedures include cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant cases General OR skills also required Day shift schedule: 5x8 hours (06:30–15:00) Call requirements apply: day shift RNs take approximately 30–40 hours of call per 4-week period Flexibility in scheduling is required Epic EMR experience is required Requirements Active OH or Compact RN license currently in hand Current BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required Minimum 2 years of combined cardiac, vascular, and transplant experience required Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level I Trauma facility required Proficiency in Epic EMR required Additional Information Responsibilities include scrubbing and/or circulating in cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant OR cases No break period between assignments is required when changing representation at this facility (except for Sterile Processing Techs, who still require a 30-day break) All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-686531.
