A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: Registered Nurse - CVOR Job Details: • Work 4x10 day shifts • Take call at least two days each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule • Overtime days available each week • Minimum of 5 weekend shifts per contract required • Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • Must have active SC RN license • 2 years of experience required • Travel experience required • 1 year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required • Required certifications: ACLS, CNOR, AHA BLS • Flu vaccine required (no exemptions) • First Assist experience required • Must have experience with cardiovascular surgery procedures including CABG, TAVR, ECMO, valve replacements • Experience with specialized equipment including cell saver, IABP required • Care for adult and geriatric patients with average of 3 cardiac cases per day • Must be willing to float to other qualified units as needed • Pre-assignment testing and modules must be completed within 48 hours • All RTO must be included at time of submission • Free parking provided Facility: This major healthcare system operates a comprehensive cardiovascular operating room providing advanced cardiac surgical services.
