A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: Registered Nurse - CVOR Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM • On-call requirement: 1 weekend 24-hour call per month (Saturday or Sunday) • Possible holiday coverage required • 2 years of experience required • Must be able to circulate all services including: CT, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, Bariatric • Scrubbing Cardiac/Vascular cases highly preferred • First-time travelers not accepted • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be AHA) • Radiation badge required (provided by agency) • Patient ratio: 1:1 • 36 hours of orientation required • Adult patient population • 28 visits per day in 10 operating rooms • EPIC charting system • Must have South Carolina RN license or proof of application • Skills required: CVOR, CABG, IABP, LVAD/RVAD, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, TAVR, Aortic Aneurysm repair • Hurricane season emergency response team assignment possible (June-November) • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Facility: This Level I Trauma Center is a 820-bed teaching facility with Magnet Hospital designation.
