Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Unit: CVICU (16 beds) | Ratios: 1:2 (1:1 for device patients) | EMR: Meditech Equipment: Philips bedside tele, Hill-Rom beds, Alaris pumps | free-floating charge support; unit secretary/ACT weekdays Schedule: 2 weekends/month 1 summer holiday 2 winter holidays Float: As needed (typically other ICUs, may include other floors) Must-Have: Strong critical care background with CVICU experience Advanced Skills: PA cath/Swan hemodynamic monitoring required; preferred IABP, Impella, CRRT Procedures/Devices: Immediate post-op cardiac surgery care incl ECMO, CentriMag, HM3 LVADs; supports central line/Swan insertion and intubations on unit Certs: BLS & ACLS United Staffing Solutions Job ID 978294.
