Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - Cath Lab Job Details: • Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • 12 call shifts per six week schedule with weekend call every third weekend • Every other weekend coverage required • Minimum 3 years of experience required, no first-time travelers • Must have Interventional Radiology (IR) experience • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH • Preferred certifications: AWHONN Advanced/Intermediate, CCRN, CPI, PALS • Work with patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics • Handle patient diagnoses including STEMI, stroke, and trauma cases • Experience required with Trauma Level I cases • Skills include circulating, conscious sedation, pulmonary artery lines, scrubbing, telemetry, triage, and ventilators • Must have experience with balloon pump, Impella, rapid infusion, and ICP equipment • Previous charge experience preferred • Documentation using EPIC system • 24 hours of orientation provided • Must have California RN license in hand for submittal Facility: This healthcare facility features a comprehensive catheterization laboratory providing advanced cardiac and interventional procedures.
