Details Works in an Interventional/Cardiac/Vascular unit Performs IR, Vascular, and Cardiac procedures including angiography, cardiac cath, pacemaker and IABP insertion Shifts are days with varied times, either 8 or 10 hours, 40 hours per week Call is required 1-2 days per week, approximately every 2-3 weekends, and includes holidays 4-person call team EMR: Meditech (experience preferred) Monitoring system: Sensis Equipment: Siemens imaging systems 2 labs on unit Requirements Active HI RN license required Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of experience in an interventional cath lab Demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic and interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, and interventional radiology procedures Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring and angiography procedures Basic understanding of CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine procedures Additional Information All travelers must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to the start of assignment at the facility's Employee Health office — plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to attend this appointment Friday morning Responsibilities include performing and supporting cath, angiography, pacemaker, and IABP procedures, as well as hemodynamic monitoring Role also requires maintaining basic knowledge of radiology equipment and image processing across multiple modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine) American Traveler Job ID P-686301.
