Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Cath Lab Job Details: • Support the cath lab and holding area • Monday through Friday day shift, 8-hour shifts • Shift options: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM • 8:00 AM team may occasionally need to stay late to recover patients • No call and no weekend requirements • Patient ratio of 5:1 during day shifts • Work with adult and geriatric patients • 1 year of nursing experience required • Previous charge experience preferred • Epic charting system experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS • Flu vaccine required with no exemptions • 1-year minimum experience with Epic EMR required • Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours • Orientation occurs every Monday • May be required to float to other qualified units based on census needs • Extensive cath lab skills required including cardiac catheterizations, stent placement, procedural sedation, and various cardiac interventions Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory providing both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
