Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse - $1,708 per week

A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - CVICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • 2:1 patient ratio (2 patients per 1 RN) • 2 weekend shifts required biweekly • No on-call responsibilities • Must have 2 years of critical care experience (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any Critical Care specialty) • Ventilator experience and arterial/central line/chest tube management skills required • CVICU specific experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, and Impella experience preferred • BSN and CCRN certification preferred • Meditech experience preferred • Work with GE monitors, EV 1000, Hemispheres, CRRT (NextStage), Impella, Swan Ganz, arterial lines, chest tubes, and ventilators • EMR system: Meditech • Perform hemodynamic monitoring, Swan Ganz, arterial lines, and chest tube procedures • Float to Medical ICU, Neuro Surgical ICU, and Cardiac PCU as needed • Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs • Must be a team player who works well with collaborative care Facility: This healthcare facility features a 16-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit located on the 3rd floor of the main building. The unit maintains a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio with dedicated charge nurses on both day and night shifts.
