Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Job Details: • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required • Travel experience required - first time travelers not accepted • Adult to geriatric patient population • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Perform cardiac stress testing including Exercise Stress Test, Pharmacological Stress Test (primarily Dobutamine), and Stress Echo • Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG as needed • Work with Epic and Pyxis systems • Dark blue scrubs required • Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed • No weekend requirements • Floating required within facility and scope of practice as needed • No call requirements • Holiday work required based on assignment period: work one major holiday if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during assignment, work two of three if three fall during assignment • Must pass clinical screening to determine clinical fit • Full compliance required to start on time • Must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing contract • Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal • Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above) Facility: This medical center specializes in comprehensive cardiac care services with advanced diagnostic capabilities.
