Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Job Details: • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required • Travel experience required • Patient population includes adults to geriatrics • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Perform cardiac stress testing including Exercise Stress Test, Pharmacological Stress Test (primarily Dobutamine), and Stress Echo • Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG • Work with Epic and Pyxis systems • Dark blue scrubs required • Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed • No weekend requirements • Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed • No call requirements • Holiday work required based on assignment period: work one holiday if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during assignment, work two of three if three fall during assignment • Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day • Clinical screening required to determine clinical fit • Full compliance required to start on time • Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal • Two supervisory references highly preferred • Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive cardiac services with a focus on diagnostic testing and cardiac care.
