Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care. Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts, train/mentor staff, and resolve patient concerns. Be able to perform procedures, moderate sedation, critical thinking and overall flow. Be an effective member of the Endoscopy management team, fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a strong commitment to organizational service standards.
